The Role of the Facilities Management Leadership Team (FM Leadership Team)
The Facilities Management Leadership Team (FM Leadership Team) is made up of the Director of FM, all of his direct reports and other managers. Members of the FM Leadership Team are chosen for their role within the organisation. FM Leadership Team should be seen as the ears and eyes of the organisation. FM Leadership Team has responsibility for the effective communication concerning direction and operation of FM and members of FM Leadership Team are responsible for communicating the business of FM Leadership Team meetings through team briefings along with generating two way feedback.
