Outlook Web Access - Redirecting Mail
This is only available in the premium version of Outlook Web Access; it is not available in the "light" version.
-
Click the Options button at the top right of the Outlook Web Access screen.

-
In the left-hand menu, select Rules.

-
In the Rules screen click on New Rule.
-
The New Rule dialogue will open.

Give the rule a Name, such as Redirect all e-mail.
-
Under Do the following click on Forward or redirect.

Select Redirect the message to people or distribution lists.
Note: Redirecting the mail will ensure that it still appears to come from whoever sent it, and it can easily be replied to. Were you to Forward the mail, it would appear to have come from this e-mail address, and replying to the mail would be troublesome.
-
Under Rule description the following text will be displayed:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
redirect it to people or distribution listsClick on people or distribution lists
-
The Address Book dialogue will appear asking you to select the e-mail address(es) you want the e-mail redirecting to.

You can select a contact from the Global Address List or your Contacts in any manner you like.
Warning: You could just type in an e-mail address into To (as shown), but it is your responsibility to ensure that the e-mail address is correct. If you were to make a typo here, the e-mail will almost certainly be discarded. We recommend that you select a contact to ensure that the e-mail address is correctly typed.
When you are sure that the e-mail address is (or addresses are) correct, click OK.
-
You will return to the New Rule dialogue.

Select Move, copy, or delete... and then Delete the message...
-
Check the Rule Description. Are you sure that the e-mail address is correct?

If you are happy, click Save.
It is important that you test your rule, especially as you have a rule which deletes incoming e-mail!
Note: You should also periodically empty the Deleted Items folder.
