Outlook 2007 - E-mail Archive
To connect to your e-mail archive
You may need to take these simple steps to access your Staff E-mail Archive.

From the Tools menu select Account Settings.

In the main area there should be one account with your e-mail address and Type Exchange. Double-click it.

Click More Settings, and then click the Advanced tab.

Click Add.

In Add mailbox type StaffMailArchive.
Click OK.

Click OK.

Click Next.

Click Finish.

Click Close.

A new mailbox Mailbox - StaffMailBox will appear in your folders list in Navigation pane.

Click the + plus sign to expand (open) the folder.
You can now read Archived e-mails and move e-mail into the Archive.
