'At Risk' Times

General 'At Risk' Times

It is normal working practice for every Tuesday morning between 7:00 and 9:00 to be a 'Network at Risk' period for JANET(UK) and EMMAN who provide our Internet connection, and for the Loughborough University data network.

In line with the standard JANET at risk period, the Eduserv Athens team may carry out maintenance work on the Athens service. If this activity is likely to affect any aspect of the service, further notices will be posted on our News is available at www.lboro.ac.uk/it/news/index.html pages.

There will be periods of heightened risk or confirmed unavailability during the year for essential maintenance to improve services, these are listed below.

All 'Network at Risk' periods cover both JANET and NTL commercial connectivity.
