Research Interests
My research interests are in health and well-being with a strong emphasis on injury prevention and the interactive processes leading to injury. Specifically, my work focuses on occupational health and safety, health and safety legislation, work and health, and general safety related knowledge and behaviour.
Current research
The development of work-related injury and ill-health among mountain instructors operating within the UK.
New dynamics of later-life working, funded under the Cross Research Council’s New Dynamics of Ageing Programme. www.workinglate.org
