Current Research:
My PhD involves analysis of everyday interaction between family members. I am currently focusing upon the interactive uses of mental state expressions, in particular that of ‘wanting’, and how these are a part of doing socialization.
Research Interests:
Discursive psychology, conversation analysis, family communication, accounts of anomalous experiences.
Funding Body: Economic and Social Research Council.
Supervisors: Professor Derek Edwards and Dr Alexa Hepburn.
