Typical Offer
A Level qualifications: Normally A,A,B from 3 A levels including English (Literature, Language, or Language and Literature).
Alternative qualifications
SQA: Grades A/B at Advanced Higher including English.
International Baccalaureate: 34 points, including 5 in English.
English (Part-Time)
BA (Hons), Non-UCAS
Programme Length: variable, but usually 5-7 yrs part-time. Entry to the part-time programme is not through UCAS. You should send application forms direct to Deirdre O’Byrne in the Department of English and Drama on or before 1 March of the year preceding the normal October entrance date. Late applications can sometimes be considered.
