|
We offer the following programmes
What do our students think of us? What do our graduates do?
Information With friendly approachable members of academic and support staff, students quickly feel part of this thriving, vibrant department. However the student experience at Loughborough extends beyond academic studies and is enhanced by one of the best student unions in the country which provides a vast array of support, entertainment and advice. The Department of Information Science is located in the same building as the Pilkington Library, which is the University's main central learning resource. Access to the library's 675,000 printed items and 4,000 printed serials is simple and convenient. There are also many more resources available electronically. The Department has its own teaching laboratories containing 70 PCs and 18 Macintosh computers. These machines are reserved for the sole use of Information Science students and compliment the wide array of facilities offered by the central IT services. Whether you are a prospective undergraduate, postgraduate or research student studying with us at Loughborough will enable you to get the most out of your time at University. Further information on our programmes can be found in the Loughborough University Prospectus. |
