Entry Qualification

The entry requirements for the programme consists of either a first degree in a construction-related field such as civil engineering, architecture, building surveying, quantity surveying, etc. Alternatively, those with membership of recognised professional institutions and relevant practical experience are invited to apply. International Students – English Language requirements = IELTS 6.5.
